Ahmed Al Tayeb, director of the UAE delegation to the Olympic Games in Tokyo, described the participation of swimmer Yousuf Al Matrooshi as promising, given the great enthusiasm and passion that everyone felt, stressing that he will be one of the athletes we rely on to achieve high records for UAE sports during the next stage and achieve an Asian medal for UAE swimming in the Asian Games Tournament next year. We are also confident that he will qualify for the Paris Olympics in 2024 through his personal records, his honorable and advanced level without waiting for invitations.
